What we collect

Browsing the site does not require an account and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We collect information only when you choose to send it to us:

• Contact and advertising forms. Your name, email address, the message you write and any optional details you include (such as the app, device or company name).
• Technical details. When you submit a form we record your IP address and browser type. We use these only to prevent abuse and spam.

Bot protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us tell people apart from automated scripts without asking you to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare may process limited technical information about your browser to do this. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

How we use your information

• To reply to your message and resolve the issue or enquiry you raised.
• To keep a record of support conversations so we can improve our apps.
• To detect and prevent spam, abuse and misuse of the site.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

Messages you send are stored securely and are only accessible to Makanations team members who handle support and partnerships. We use trusted service providers to host this website and, where relevant, to deliver email.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
